Returns and damage

• Returns are only possible for a defect or transport damage.
• Report it in the portal within 48 hours of delivery, with photos of the packaging and the damage. The report only counts once we have confirmed it.
• There is no right of withdrawal between businesses.

Your own sender on the label

Fill in sender_name (CSV or API, max 35 characters) and your company name appears as the sender on the FedEx label. The sender address stays our warehouse. Cost: EUR 0.50 ex VAT per order.
